About the project

Spatika is a MDA approved residential layout in Kergalli, attached to Dattagalli, Mysuru. Spread across 3 acres and 17 guntas, the layout has 63 plotted sites with 9-metre concrete internal roads, underground water and drainage systems, and electrical infrastructure already in place.

The project sits in Jayapura Hobli, one of the developing residential zones on the outskirts of Mysuru, close enough to the city for daily convenience, far enough that it doesn't feel like it.

Project Vision

Spatika was designed for two kinds of buyers, families who want to build on their own timeline without compromising on infrastructure quality, and investors looking for a legally clean, ready-to-develop site in a zone with steady appreciation. The layout is gated, landscaped, and built to a standard where you're not waiting on basic amenities before you can break ground.
