Handle leads and convert them into site visits
Conduct site visits and explain project details to clients

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer experience
1–4 years of experience in sales (real estate preferred)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Basic understanding of real estate is an added advantage

Negotiate and close deals effectively
Analyze market trends and identify new opportunities
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
3–7 years of experience in real estate sales
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong sales and business development skills
Proven ability to achieve targets and close deals
Strong presentation and negotiation abilities
Ability to manage multiple clients and tasks efficiently
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting
Knowledge of the Mysuru real estate market is an added advantage
